Wedding:
- Unlimited contact with your Wedding Coordinator by email, fax or telephone prior to your wedding.
- Arranging the date, time & venue for your wedding ceremony.
- A detailed list of the information required for the legalities of a Cyprus Wedding.
- Assistance, where needed with legal documentation.
- Personal escort by your coordinator to the Town Hall for completion of legal documents to obtain your Special License.
- Your Wedding Coordinator will be present throughout your Wedding Day.
On Arrival in Paphos, Cyprus:
The morning after your arrival in resort, your Wedding Coordinator will meet you at a prearranged time, to discuss the final arrangements for your wedding and to complete the initial documentation for your Special License. All aspects of your wedding day will be discussed, as will any last minute requests or arrangements. You will be given your Coordinator's mobile telephone number for you to contact her any time during your stay in Paphos, Cyprus.
Wedding Requirements:
All your wedding day requirements, such as flowers, photography & transport will be arranged prior to your arrival in Paphos or at your meeting with the Wedding Coordinator.
- Discussion with you for your floral requirements.
- Obtaining quotes and advising you of same.
- Ordering and confirming your floral requirements.
- Personal delivery by your coordinator of all floral arrangements on your wedding day plus client service of pinning on buttonholes, assisting with corsages etc.
- Liaising with you for you & your guests transportation requirements.
- Obtaining quotes and adviseing you of same.
- Ordering & confirming transportation with vendor.
- Coordination on the wedding day of timely arrival/departure of all transport.
Advising on photographic options suitable to for you.
- Obtaining quotes and advising you of same.
- Ordering and confirming photographer's services.
- If appropriate your coordinator will arrange for you to meet with your photographer prior to your wedding day.
Cake:
- Liaising with you on the specification of wedding cake required.
- Obtaining quotes and advising you of same.
- Ordering and confirming your cake requirements.
- On the day of the wedding your coordinator will deliver to your reception venue.
- Liaising with you for your choice of reception venue.
- Obtaining details of venue and quotes then advising you of same.
- Confirming with venue the final booking.
- Liaising with you and venue for all decoration, music, DJ
- Coordination of arrangements on the wedding day to ensure all is in order prior to the arrival of the guests & bride & groom.
