We are offering you a very special & comprehensive Wedding & Reception Presentation for Atlantida Beach Restaurant. Everything you need to make your beach side wedding & reception one of the most memorable days of your life

Prior to your Arrival in Paphos - Booking & confirming your wedding date & time - you will receive confirmation within 36 hours of the date & time.
All fees due to the Town Hall & Marriage Officer for the ceremony & Special License
All administration & unlimited communication by email & where necessary, telephone, in the planning stages up to your departure for Cyprus.

When you are here in Paphos: Meeting with you at your accommodation to discuss your wedding plans in fine detail .
Collecting you from your accommodation & taken to the Town Hall to obtain your Special License for marrying in Cyprus.
Taking you to Atlantida to view the venue & to meet with the Management to discuss your reception in fine detail
Presenting you with a full itinerary of the arrangements for how your wedding will be smoothly coordinated.

For your Wedding Day:
Bridal hair & makeup
Bridal spa manicure
Bridal round posy, hand tied, of roses or lilies (your choice of colour)
Buttonhole rose or lily, for Groom, Best Man & Father of the Bride (your choice of colour)
2 small posies for Bridesmaids rose or lilies (your choice of colour)
1 xWhite Mercedes wedding car for the Bride from accommodation to Atlantida
1 x Vintage Village Bus for the Groom & guests from one pickup point to Atlantida
Fully decorated Gazebo with seasonal flowers for the ceremony table, candle stand, candles, white seat covers, red carpet
Following the ceremony a glass of sparkling wine for Bride & Groom and all the guests for the cutting of the cake photographs on the beautiful lawn area adjacent to the sea. Fruit juice will be served for children.
Private area at the Beach Bar for you & your guests to relax & have pre-dinner drinks. (pre-dinner drinks at the beach bar are not included in this offer and may be freely purchased by you and your guests).

For your Wedding Reception Meal:
White linen table cloths & seat covers
Typed table plan & full set up
3 table decorations either with a seaside theme or flowers (ask for details)
Balloons (colour of your choice)

Single tier white iced sponge wedding cake. (extra tiers or a bespoke wedding cake is supplementary, please request further details)
Cake table set up on the lawn
DJ for playing music during dinner, announcing the speeches & first dance then on to the music for dancing the night away! (for up to 6 hours!!)
Personal music planner will be sent to you for your personal choice of music

To keep the wonderful memories alive forever:
30 colour photographs (chosen from approximately 200 shots)
5 sunset photographs
DVD, edited to 30 minutes run time
White wedding album
The program for photographs & filming include the arrival of the Groom & guests, the arrival of the Bride, the Ceremony, Group photographs, Bride & Groom photographs, cutting the cake. Proofs will be delivered to your accommodation the day following your wedding for you to make your selection. Your completed order will be delivered to your accommodation prior to your departure from Paphos.
This offer does not include proofs or inserting the photographs into the album.

Your Wedding Day will be personally coordinated from collecting & delivering your cake and flowers to ensuring that all is running smoothly throughout the day until you sit down to your meal, leaving you stress free to enjoy your dream wedding. From start to finish we will be on hand to take care of you.
